No. Revision requests indicate that the manuscript has potential but must satisfactorily address reviewer and editor comments before acceptance can be considered.

Yes. Authors may submit a reasoned appeal if they believe a significant procedural or factual error affected the decision. Appeals are reviewed independently by the editorial office.

The journal accepts standard manuscript formats such as Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx). Figures, tables, supplementary materials, datasets, and multimedia should follow the requirements described in the Author Guidelines.

Yes. Authors may upload datasets, appendices, figures, multimedia files, software, or supporting documents where appropriate.

Changes to authorship require written justification and agreement from all affected authors. The editorial office may request additional documentation before approving changes.

AI-assisted tools may be used where permitted by the journal’s policy. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and disclosure of any AI-assisted content. AI systems cannot be listed as authors.

Accepted manuscripts proceed through editorial processing, copyediting, proof preparation, author proof review, final publication, and indexing.

Yes. Authors will receive publication proofs for review and correction before the final version is published.

Only corrections involving significant errors may be considered after publication. Minor changes are generally not permitted.

Yes. Each published article is assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) where applicable.

If publication fees apply, payment instructions are provided only after editorial acceptance. No payment is required during peer review.

No. Editorial decisions are made independently of financial considerations. Payment cannot influence acceptance or rejection.
