Relationship with the International Institute for Sustainability
The International Institute for Sustainability (IIS) provides the journal’s institutional home and may support its governance, administration, technology infrastructure, library services, financial oversight, research integrity processes, and long-term development.
Institutional ownership does not replace editorial independence. The Editor-in-Chief and authorized editors make publication decisions solely according to the journal’s scope, scholarly standards, peer review, and published editorial policies.
Manuscripts submitted by employees, students, researchers, leaders, collaborators, or partners of IIS are subject to the same editorial standards and peer review process as all other submissions. Where a conflict of interest exists, editorial responsibility is assigned to an independent editor to ensure fairness and impartiality.
