The editorial office can assist with scope questions, submission requirements, manuscript status outside the normal period, reviewer access, certificates, billing, corrections, and technical support. Include the manuscript ID or certificate number when relevant. Please do not send the same request to several editors.

Scope Enquiries

For a scope enquiry, send a provisional title, article type, structured abstract, and short explanation of the sustainability contribution. Please do not email an entire unpublished manuscript unless requested. A positive scope response is preliminary and does not guarantee peer review or acceptance.

Technical Support

Describe the page, action, date and time, browser or device, and exact error. Attach a screenshot only if it contains no password, payment-card information, confidential manuscript content, participant data, or another person’s private information.

University Enquiries

Questions about International Institute for Sustainability (IIS Global) admissions, academic programs, tuition, student records, employment, campus services, or university partnerships should be sent to the relevant university office. The journal office cannot process applications or provide admission decisions.
